Taiwanese Yieh Hsing has announced its January list base price.
The company decided to leave the price for Al-killed steel and Rimmed steel wire rod products flat, considering considering the competitor's prices. Yieh Hsing's new price for Al-killed steel wire rod will stay at NT$21,200/ton; those for rimmed steel wire rod will be at NT$20,900/ton and those for killed steel wire rods will keep at NT$20,900/ton.
A market participant said demand is still very weak but the market is expected to be stable.
