Victory Brewing and Invisible Sentinel have entered into the final validation phase of Veriflow brewPAL, which provides detection of microbes throughout the brewing process.
The Veriflow brewPAL provides onsite detection and quantification of Pediococcus and Lactobacillus species, and reduces time-to-results from several days to less than three hours.
This ultra-sensitive and user-friendly technology will prevent spoilage, preserve integrity and transform brewing quality control processes from reactive to preventive.
Commenting on the development, Victory Brewing Brewery Operations director Adam Bartles said: "We think this product will change the entire landscape, impacting the way brewers make informed decisions about their most coveted asset - the beer."
Invisible Sentinel and Victory have partnered with four new partners including Yards Brewing, Weyerbacher Brewing, Russian River Brewing, and Kettlehouse Brewing to complete the validation phase.
