US-based establishment Track 7 Brewing has commenced construction on its brewery expansion in Sacramento, California.
Spread over an area of 35,000ft2, the new facility will house company's core manufacturing, packaging and distribution operations.
The facility will also feature a tasting room, which is the second of its type in the site, as well as office space to accommodate the increasing product demand.
The five-vessel 30-barrel brewhouse will include twin 30-barrel kettles and mash-lauter tuns.
Once fully operational, the brewery will have a capacity to produce 480 barrels of beer per day.
Track 7 Brewing co-owner Ryan Graham said: "While we broke ground at our Natomas facility yesterday, construction activities have been underway for the past eight weeks. We are 100 percent complete on our cellar tanks and about 85 percent complete on the brewhouse fabrication. The equipment, fabricated by Marks Design and Fabrication in Vancouver, Washington, will be on-site by early December.
Track 7 Brewing is currently in planning phase II of the expansion, which would include a bulk grain storage bin, 120-barrel fermenters and brite beer tanks, as well as upgraded bottling, canning and kegging lines.
