The Problem of Grid-Tied Has Become The Biggest Obstacle for Domestic PV Industry

The problem of grid-tied has become the biggest obstacle for domestic PV industry. According to “Working Opinion for Distributed PV Grid-connected Service” issued by State Grid, PV plant with access voltage less than 10 KV and installation amount below 6MW can be connected to the grid free. The “Working Opinion” clarify that relevant departments will provide services of plan formulation, parallel in detection, debugging and other process for free. The PV grid-connected progress will be finished in 45 days. Although market situation of PV industry is difficult now, as the clean green industry with low carbon emission, there is still huge potential for domestic PV industry. PV enterprises of Shandong Province have adjusted the center to domestic market, to deal with the constrictive international market. The government also launched a series of supporting policies to help Chinese PV manufacturers get out of the low times. It’s expected that the policies could drive total investment more than 70 billion RMB. Source: GlassInChina
