Germany-based labeling and packaging equipment company Bizerba has announced the launch of its new thermal label BRL90, which is ideally suited for companies working in the fresh produce, meat and fish sectors as it can work is cold and wet conditions.
The thermo-reactive label based on paper BRL90 meets the specifications for digital printing and has been designed for use in harsh environments.
According to Bizerba, the labels can be completely or partially lacquered and can also survive temperatures of up to minus 40°C and humidity of up to 80%.
As the label can never stand alone, all material combinations are optimally matched and tested intensively on Bizerba price labelers, the company noted.
