Google fiber project brings Kansas City Gigabit network speed, but the FCC is not satisfied with it. FCC Chairman Julius Genachoski Gigabit officially announced an “urban deployment plan”, planing that all 50 states can enjoy one thousand trillion fiber network in 2015.
