Taiwan-based solar cell makers saw March revenues rise compared to February. Motech reported March revenues of NT$1.606 billion (US$53 million), representing an on-month increase of 61.04% and an on-year increase of 5.48%.
Gintech saw March revenues reach NT$1.097 billion, showing a sequential growth of 26.89% compared to February. However, compared to March revenues in 2012, the figure showed an on-year decrease of 22.93%.
Solartech and DelSolar both saw revenues increase on month. Solartech reported March revenues of NT$413 million, up 13.60% on month but down 40.52% on year. DelSolar announced March revenues of NT$497 million, representing an on-month growth of 25% but an on-year drop of 11.9%.
