Roche Diagnostics is planning to invest $300m over the next 10 years to expand operation at its headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, US.
Roche produces 2 billion strips of ACCU-CHEK products as well as develop and manufacture information technology at the160-acre Indianapolis campus.
As part of the expansion, the company will purchase manufacturing equipment for new diabetes care test strips, refurbish existing buildings and upgrade information technology equipment.
The expansion will help the company to grow its diabetes care and diagnostics businesses.
