Mattel has revealed that designer Jonathan Adler will be joining the company as creative director for its Fisher-Price brand.
In his new role, Adler will be in charge of designing baby furniture, apparel and toys, with his first premium priced line set to debut in September.
In addition, his designs will also be applied to everyday Fisher-Price products that will be available in 2017.
Previously Adler has created collections for various retailers including Barneys New York.
Adler has agreed to a three-year partnership with Mattel, and will continue to run his own design studio and chain of stores as well.
