DBC Increased Its Annual Output in Photoinitiator Production From 4500 Tons to 9000 Tons

Double Bond Chemical, a manufacturer of photoinitiators and oligomers, recently increased its annual output in photoinitiator production from 4,500 tons to 9,000 tons, and its annual output in oligomers production increased to 10,000 tons. DBC production line of UV curable oligomers in Jiangsu factory in China is also expanded.

Being persistent in the vision that aims at offering better service, establishing world famous brands, and pursuing innovation, DBC puts customers’ satisfaction and demand as the first priority, the company stated. The company has put considerable effort in developing advanced resin products. The DM527 and DM528 are two products which demonstrate the determination that DBC holds in producing excellent products to the market.

DM527 and DM528 are primarily applied in the 3C sector, covering PMMA, PC, and PBC materials. Usually there are many stains staying on 3C products such as lipstick, makeup, pen ink, and sweat stains. These various stains, when staying on the surface of 3C products for over a period of time, cannot be removed easily and will cause yellowish marks on objects. Now DBC DM527 and DM528 can help to fight against the yellowish issues. The two are proved in the lab that when they are used, the product surface is then of high stain-resistant nature. Even if one stain stays on the object surface for over 200 hours, it is easy to wipe it out. DM527 is glossy while DM528 is dead matt and the two are over 3-6H solidity, hence are highly stain-resistant with high surface hardness. Even though that in the usual cases, it is hard to expect matt surface to be stain-resistant. DBC expects that, with these two novel innovative products, manufacturers in the 3C sector plastic coats would be benefited. DBC will keep its st EPS in the innovation and offer solutions for users.

DBC will introduce a new generation of UV products to the maket.
