In recently,the national float glass product quality control and technology seminar co-hosted by the National Glass Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and Shahe government was held in Shahe.
It was released that Shahe was becoming the largest float glass production base in China.In the past few years,the Shahe government strives to develop the float glass industry,eliminating the backward production capacity,speeding up the construction of the high quality project and promoting the glass industry rapid transformation.On 2011,the annual production value of glass industry is 15 billion yuan,and realizes export 85 million dollar.The whole production capacity is 0.105 billion weight cases,among it,float glass takes one fifth.Shahe is becoming the largest production,sale and processing base.It is granted the name of China Glass Industrial Base,China Glass City and China Decorative Glass Base.
