Two certification organisations - the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC) and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) - are presently making changes to the information required as part of their certification schemes. These measures are connected to the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR), which will take effect in March 2013, and aim to bring in line the information provided under the certifications with the legislation.
