United Biscuits, a manufacturer of biscuits, snacks and cakes in the UK, has introduced KP Jumbo Nut Mixes in two varieties - Jumbo Salted Nut Mix and Unsalted Fruit & Nut Mix.
Salted Nut Mix contains a mix of peanuts, oven roasted almonds and cashews. KP Jumbo Unsalted Fruit & Nut Mix includes raisins and whole dried cranberries.
The products are available for an MRRP of £2.40.
According to the company, the products feature a navy banner with the variant name, which highlights that the products are mixes rather than a single nut variety. The front of the pack also features full descriptor of the contents.
United Biscuits Bagged Snacks marketing director George Johnston said the KP Jumbo Nuts range is valued at £10m and growing at 9% year on year.
"This is nearly a quarter of our total KP Nuts portfolio, so this is an important launch in one of our most promising sub-categories," Johnston added.
