The software provides a comprehensive tool for assistance, diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, work order, parts and suppliers, work requests, data base management, costings, reports, e-mail notifications to the management and crew involved in the maintenance process.

According to the Australia-based company, the software helps in reducing operating costs and losses, ready planning of equipment maintenance for optimum utilization of available resources and electronically records history of all maintenance work / inspection carried out on plant, equipment and facilities.
The PrimeServ software package version PS -2 is offered for free of cost and is included in every machinery installed by Baumann.
