X-Rite Present Advanced Solutions for Printing Industry at SGIA

X-Rite, Incorporated with its wholly owned subsidiary Pantone LLC will present advanced solutions for the measurement and management of color for the wide-format imaging and printing industry at the 2013 Specialty Printing & Imaging Expo (SGIA) to be held Oct. 23-25 in Orlando.

X-Rite Pantone representatives who will be participating with Esko in booth 1201 at the Orange County Convention Center will demonstrate hardware and software solutions that range from the i1Publish Pro 2 solutions to the X-Rite eXact for large format applications such as Point of Purchase displays and wall graphics.

X-Rite Pantone solutions for the sign and display market can also be found in the Hewlett Packard booth 1628, the Agfa Graphics booth 2228 and the Digital Technology Group booth 742.

At the show's Digital Textile Printing Zone at booth 2080, X-Rite Technical Support Specialist Bruce Wright will be giving a free presentation from 11 to noon Oct. 23 titled "Techniques and Tips for Color Measurement of Specialty Materials."

This presentation gives best practices on how companies can fully utilize the color measurement tools they have to manage variations across substrates, what challenges they may face in obtaining accurate measurements on specialty materials, and ways they can optimize color results.

X-Rite Pantone representatives will demonstrate the company's award winning i1Publish Pro 2 package that provides customers the ability to profile various devices and bring consistency across disparate solvent ink printers. In addition, X-Rite will be demonstrating its eXact spectrophotometer platform that helps businesses using wide-format applications to measure spot colors and make decisions prior to full production, reducing costs in media.
