A shadowy teaser image of the Spyker B6 concept has appeared online ahead of its premiere at next month’s 2013 Geneva motor show.
The low-volume Dutch sports car maker – most famous in recent years for its brief and tumultuous ownership of Saab – says the debut of the Spyker B6 concept will mark the “global resurgence” of the brand.
Production of Spyker’s sole model, the 298kW/480Nm 4.2-litre V8-powered C8 Aileron, is currently in hiatus as the company relocates the last of its operations from Coventry, England to Zeewolde, Netherlands.
Spyker is keeping details of the top-secret B6 concept close to its chest at this stage. Rumours suggest low-slung, curvaceous model will be smaller and cheaper than the circa-$300,000 Aileron, potentially targeting the likes of the Porsche 911.
The Spyker B6 concept will be revealed in Geneva on March 5.
