Russian steel producer Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has stated that in October this year it plans to ship around 427,000 mt of hot rolled steel products, down two percent compared to September, including 261,000 mt of material to the domestic market and around 166,000 mt for export.
In the January-September period of the current year, MMK shipped around 4.3 million mt of hot rolled flat steel products, down 14 percent year on year.
