Glenvale Packaging has introduced a new automatic capsule filling V10 system produced by Italian manufacturer MultiPharma to the UK market.
The new V10 system, which has the capacity to process up to 9,000 individual capsules per hour, is ideal for handling potent products and requires a footprint of just 90cm by 110cm.
Glenvale Packaging partner Garry Coleman said the unit is supplied fully specified to handle the desired capsule size and additional accessories can also be fitted to accommodate size changes as required.
"The design is ideal for handling hard shell capsules - both gelatine and vegetarian options," Coleman said.
The V10 system is operated by a touch screen that can be positioned to suit the operator's needs and needs only standard air and electrical connections. It is suited for applications from clinical trials in the health industry through to small manufacturing operations.
MultiPharma appointed Glenvale to handle the full range of its products in the UK.
