Singapore-based Wilmar International is building two large wheat flour mills in Indonesia,as it seeks to take advantage of the increasing demand for bread, noodles and convenience foods in the country.
The project is being implemented by Wilmar's Indonesian unit,PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia.
PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia operations head Hendri Saksti said the two wheat flour mills are being built in Gresik in east Java and will have a joint capacity of 1 million tons per year.
