Its’ reported that the Japanese largest stainless producer Nippon Steel & Sumikin Stainless (NSSC) said that it has won an order from Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity & Water to supply around 4,300 tons of ASTM S32304 and S31803 grade duplex stainless steel plates for Az-Zour North Power & Desalination It’s learned that Az-Zour North Power & Desalination, located about 100 km south from Kuwait City is the largest desalination plant in Kuwait and its designed capacity is at 480,000 cubic meters per day. Meanwhile, NSSC planned to deliver the plates in the first half of 2014.
