The Toyota HiLux has continued its year of ute sales domination,coming out on top again in the November sales figures.
While the Toyota HiLux retained top spot with 3059 units delivered across the country,November proved an impressive month for the Ford Ranger as it took a solid grasp of second place ahead of the Nissan Navara?(2187 units versus 2057).
The Holden Colorado claimed fourth spot with 1956 sales,while 1512 units of the Mitsubishi Triton saw it move to fifth place for the month.
The Mazda BT-50 managed to squeeze out the Isuzu D-Max by 105 vehicles for sixth place(893 versus 788),with the Commodore-based?Holden Utility(703)finishing eighth,ahead of the Volkswagen Amarok(655)in ninth.
With the Toyota LandCruiser finishing the month in 10th spot with 650 units sold,the Great Wall V200/V240(563),Ford Utility(444),Ssangyong Actyon Sports(33)and Land Rover Defender(5)were all left hanging outside the top 10.
November's sales numbers see the year to date best sellers largely remain the same from last month,with the Toyota Hilux(37,526)placing first ahead of the Nissan Navara(23,354),Mitsubishi Triton(17,307)and Ford Ranger(16,459),but the Mazda BT-50's figure of 10,946 units saw it drop to sixth place behind the rising Holden Colorado with its 11,546 units.
