The Introduction of Atztechnik

There are many machining processes of creating different components. However, the most common of these is tztechnik. Its popularity is due to the various applications that it is used for and also the numerous advantages that it gives to manufacturers.

There are many traditional methods like metal stamping, laser cutting or wire electro discharge. Unfortunately, none of these are as useful as tztechnik. In fact, it can become further cost effective depending on the particular design of the parts.

atztechnik, also called photo etching or metal etching or chemical milling, is a process of creating metal parts using chemicals and ultraviolet light. This is such an effective method that can be used in practically all metals and alloys. The solidity or hardness of the material does not make any difference.

The process of tztechnik is a very quick method of production and inexpensive too. That is the reason it brings great economic benefit to the manufacturers. For prototyping too, this process is very helpful as there is scope to make changes before or even during the fabrication process. Thus, you don't have to wait for the entire process to end before making minor corrections.

The other benefit of  tztechnik is that it maintains the dimensional tolerance very well. This means that the components that are created are free of sharp or raised edges. This saves the time that would have been spent to get rid of these fragments and ultimately saves money on the additional job.

As this process is very quick, it saves a lot of time in production of various components. To create samples, it takes only 2-3 days using tztechnik as compared to 12-14 days in metal stamping. The quick turnaround time is a great advantage as you can easily make changes faster and at a low cost too.

The other methods use hard tools and thus there is more wear and tear. tztechnik only uses light to get the job done, thus there is no question of wear and tear. This makes the products more durable and long lasting. Also, due to the wear and tear in hard tooling, the cost automatically increases which is not so in tztechnik.

Another advantage of tztechnik is that you can easily create delicate yet complicated metal parts quite easily and impeccably.

All these advantages have made this process one of the most popular in the manufacturing industry. tztechnik has brought great benefits to various industries like medical, electronics, aerospace, high-tech engineering and many many more.
