Transonic Systems, a biomedical flow measurement innovation and quality provider, has selected business analytics firm Infinity Info Systems to implement the latter's Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise solution.
Using the new tool, Transonic Systems expects to improve overall business performance and enable their sales force to work efficiently in the field as the new CRM will provide them with actionable data from within their system.
Transonic will now be able to track opportunities, pipeline and activities worldwide; use dashboards to provide visual representations specific to business unit; and will migrate from a traditional legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The company will be able to integrate with Macola to see quotes within contact records and with HubSpot to track return on investment (ROI) from their inbound marketing programs.
