Dynea Chemicals Sold Its Shares in Its Two Russian Joint Ventures

The Finnish adhesives and impregnating resin manufacturer Dynea Chemicals has sold its shares in its two Russian joint ventures – MetaDynea and Karbodin - to the Latin American investment firm Kirsis. The transaction closed on 12 April 2012. At the same time, Dynea and MetaDynea entered into a partnership under the terms of which Dynea will continue to provide services for MetaDynea. These services include technical services, technology consulting and product development. MetaDynea can also use the Prefere brand name.
