Taiwan-based electric bus (e-bus) and lithium ferrous phosphate cathode material maker Aleees has reported revenues of NT$89 million (US$2.92 million) for October 2014, down 5% sequentially but up 245.6% from a year earlier.
With its production capacity fully booked to the end of 2014, the company expects revenues for the second half of the year to be significantly higher than the amount recorded in the first half.
Additionally, Aleees recently signed MOC (memorandum of collaboration) agreements with a number of cities in China, including Ningbo and Harbin, for the supply of e-buses to the cities.
For the first 10 months of 2014, the company posted revenues of NT$631 million, increasing 31.8% from a year earlier.
