The Brewers Association (BA), a not-for-profit trade association dedicated to small and independent American brewers, is to relocate its headquarters to a larger office in Boulder, Colorado in 2014.
After making the current location at 736 Pearl Street as its headquarters for nearly three decades, BA has decided to relocate to new office at 1327 Spruce Street.
The new headquarters is almost double the size, covering 11,600ft2 and will accommodate the BA's need for additional work space.
The move is in line with the booming craft beer industry in the country and the $4m transaction is expected close on 1 April 2014.
BA chief operating officer Bob Pease said with this move, the Brewers Association remains committed to being part of the downtown Boulder business community.
"The BA is proud to be part of the growing community that is craft brewing. This move will allow our staff to better serve our members in the months and years ahead," he added
