Miller Weldmaster has announced the launch of its new PS150 and PS400 packaging systems to help companies optimize and streamline their bag closing processes.
Both the machines incorporate features which reduce the production time needed for bag closing. They have been designed to close bags with fold, step-seal, double-fold or slit-fold-fold seams.
The PS150 and PS400 packaging systems have been built to optimize speed and accuracy in bag sealing operations and are assimilated into either automatic filling lines or manual feed systems.
According to the company, the systems feature a controlled line speed matching system, allowing for synchronized operation with the converting line. They weld polywoven, thermoplastic and paper bags without glue.
Designed for producers of dry, free-flowing products, the systems consist of digital controls for timely production initiation and a recipe management system for access to multiple batch options instantaneously.
The packaging systems' bag sealing capabilities systems are also beneficial for customers in industries which use bags to pack their product, especially the agricultural, chemical, animal feed and pet food industries.
US-based Miller Weldmaster manufactures and provides solutions for plastic welding machines.
