Reportedly, the Japanese blast furnace (BF) steel mills are going to offer the quotes of hot dipped galvanized (HDG) steel sheets for the second quarter of this year to Southeast Asian buyers in next week.
It’s estimated that the Japanese BF steel mills would raise the prices by US$70~US$80/ton.
It’s learned that the HDG steel sheets prices for March increased by US$20~US$50/ton from a month ago, driven by string demamd in the first quarter.
