Taiwan-based solar-grade crystalline silicon wafer maker Sino-American Silicon Products (SAS) brought in consolidated revenues of NT$2.332 billion (US$76.8 million) for March, hitting a monthly record, according to the company.
SAS generated consolidated revenues of NT$6.347 billion for January-March, growing 29.23% on year.
Fellow maker Green Energy Technology (GET) saw consolidated revenues of NT$1.154 billion for March, decreasing 10.36% on month but increasing 22.33% on year, and NT$3.783 billion for January-March, up 41.23% on year.
Meanwhile, Gigastorage had consolidated revenues of NT$1.071 billion for March, rising 13.08% on month and 45.35% on year, and NT$3.131 billion for January-March, hiking 58.80% on year.
