Taiwanese steel pipe makers expect to adjust their prices until January 3, 2014 due to postponed price release by Taiwanese Chung Hung Steel.

They predict the latest steel pipe prices released by Chung Hung Steel would be steady but will adjust based on actual situation before the holiday of Chinese New Year in the end of January.

So far, steel pipe makers in Taiwan indicate they have got many orders in December owing to replenishment by downstream buyers. In addition, they believe China Steel Corporation (CSC) would further surge the carbon steel plate prices for March if the export price of carbon steel plate will hike from China.
