Montreal Kosher Is Voluntarily Recalling Certain Potato Knish as The Products Contain Egg

Montreal Kosher is voluntarily recalling certain Potato Knish as the products contain egg,which is not mentioned on the label,according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency(CFIA).

The product affected by this recall,Potato Knish,is sold in 283g and 454g packs bearing UPC codes 068342006715 and 068342007019 respectively.All codes bearing mentioned UPC codes are affected by this recall.

CFIA said that the products have been distributed in Quebec and Ontario.Till date there has been one reported reaction associated with the consumption of this product.

The agency has advised consumers intolerant to eggs not to consume the recalled products as they may result in a serious or life-threatening reaction.
