The Boston Business Journal Has Named Kronos Incorporated a 'best Place to Work'

The Boston Business Journal has named Kronos Incorporated  a "Best Place to Work". Employees rated Kronos in 10 categories including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, trust in co-workers, and benefits.   Market research firm Quantum Workplace conducted the Boston Business Journal employee satisfaction survey across more than 400 companies. Quantum Workplace surveyed employees in areas such as pride in the company, company encouragement, and support and recognition.   Kronos employs more than 1,000 in Massachusetts and is the largest private employer in Chelmsford. Kronos has a long-standing history in Massachusetts and is currently in its 35th year of operation.   Dave Almeda, Kronos chief people officer said, "To be chosen a best place to work in Massachusetts is a great honor.
