The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will celebrate the grand opening of Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium Collection Store at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, at Top of the Hill Shopping Center, 8705 Germantown Ave., Philadelphia.
Fine Wine & Good Spirits offers consumers a new shopping experience with an expanded floor plan, greater selection, new layout and center table.
Wine and spirits tastings will be held throughout the day for those 21 and older and hors d'oeuvres will be served courtesy of Heirloom restaurant and McNally's Tavern.
