US-based glass and packaging manufacturer M.A. Silva has completed the acquisition of Vintners Global Resource's (VGR) packaging business for an undisclosed amount.
Head quartered in Washington, VGR supplies imported and domestic wine bottles, closures and packaging to the Pacific Northwest wine industry.
Currently, VGR has warehouses in Yakima and Kent , Washington, Ohio and China.
With the purchase, VGR's Kent, Washington operations are now part of M.A. Silva.
The combined companies will together offer quality product portfolio to wineries in the Pacific Northwest region, under a partnership with M.A. Silva's long-time partner Oak Tradition.
