US-based HDI Plastics has signed an agreement with the Eastland Economic Development to construct a $4m plastics recycling facility in 2013 in Eastland, Texas.
Eastland Economic Development executive director Jerry Conner said the company will build a 75,000ft2 facility in the Eastland Industrial Park.
"The facility will be expandable to 150,000 square feet over a period of five to seven years," Conner said.
The development corporation is giving 20 acres land to HDI Plastics for the new facility, for which the construction is expected to start in mid-2013.
