Taiwanese Steel Pipe Makers Raise Prices by NT$300~NT$500/Ton for January

It’s reported that the Taiwanese steel pipe makers announced to raise prices by NT$300~NT$500/ton for January in order to reflect higher input costs.

Chung Hung Steel, the major upstream raw material supplier to the Taiwanese steel pipe producers announced to hike its list prices for hot rolled and cold rolled steel products by NT$300/ton for January, pushing up steel pipe makers’ input costs.

Meanwhile, it’s learned that the steel pipe producers’ received order volumes have increased since last December.
