China Steel Corp. (CSC), the largest carbon steelmaker in Taiwan released its prices for AP plates (materials without mill certificate) for December on November 18th. CSC decided to cut its prices for AP plates by NT$300/ton for December after decreasing prices for November. After the adjustment, the new price is at NT$16,750/ton. CSC hopes the price dip could help to bring market demand and reduce customers’ buying of import sources.
