Beverage can producer Ball Packaging Europe has introduced the new 35,5cl Sleek and XL can sizes, in a bid to expand the opportunities for beverage manufacturers.
According to Ball, the new 35,5cl Sleek features a slender silhouette, and is easy to hold, while XL can includes about a liter.
The narrow can size 35,5cl Sleek is available in steel and is said to be suitable for sophisticated beverages. The XL can has a volume of 32oz or 946ml with a sheer size.
Ball Packaging Europe marketing director Benoit Hirszowski said, "Our new can size serves the needs of many consumers for quantity and is a real eye-catcher in the shop as well as on the living room table."
The company will showcase its new can sizes and other innovative formats at drinktec 2013.
