According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in the January to October period of the current year Ukrainian exports of semi finished steel products decreased by 3.3 percent year on year to 8.458 million tonnes.
Meanwhile, exports of semi finished steel products from Ukraine decreased by 8.4% in October compared to September falling to 763,560 tonnes.
On the other hand, in the first 10 months of the year Ukrainian imports of semi finished steel products decreased by 21% YoY to 330,890 tonnes. In October alone, imports of semi finished steel products to Ukraine decreased by 54.2% compared to September falling to 17,550 tonnes.
