STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO (BRAIN) — For those who find a cowbell too ... bucolic, Moots is offering a Ti Stick to make noise at your next cyclocross race and raise money for Bicycle Colorado, a statewide advocacy group.
The Ti Stick is a tube of titanium, welded shut at each end, with a smaller piece if ti inside. When shaken, the stick makes a noise that Moots describes as "both distinctive and slightly annoying to a suffering racer."
The limited edition sticks are available for $90 on the Moots website. The company hopes to raise $3,000 for Bicycle Colorado through sales of the sticks.
