(China Glass Network) On December 24, Qinghai Yaohua Special Glass Co., Ltd’s first phase project, low-e glass production line with day capacity 600 tons is officially completed and put into operation. This project is mainly located in Haidong Industrial Park which is also the largest low-e glass production line in five northwest provinces. It is also listed in Double Hundreds Projects. The completion of this project manifests that the milestone of the Yaohua Special Glass Co., Ltd but also unveils the construction of Haidong glass industry.
The Qinghai Yaohua Special Glass Co., Ltd is established on October, 2010. Its business scope lies on float glass sheet, low-e coated glass, solar panel, ultra-white glass, ultra-thin glass, patterned glass, tempered glass and other related products’ processing and sale, glass machines’ production, maintance and technology consulting service.
The fist phase of 600tons low-e glass production line was started on March 22, 2011 with the total investment 400 million yuan. And it is officially put into operation on this November. After completion, the annual production of glass can reach 4 million weight cases, and realizes annual production value 400 million yuan. it also makes contribution to the employment with adding 500 jobs.
The completion of this project plays a significant role in the transformation of industry structure and the modification and upgrading of traditional industry. Meanwhile, it lays a consoled foundation for the construction of the largest glass manufacture base in west. In the future, the industrial park is dedicated to the four manufacture base of energy-saving glass, heat-prevent glass, solar PV glass and electronic glass and two processing technology centers, the raw material processing and glass deep-processing. It will form a complete industrial chain from research and development, production, processing and sale.
