Shanghai Jinfeng Investment announced on September 23 that its controlling shareholder Shanghai Land (Group) is talking with Greenland Group Holdings and its other shareholders on a significant assets restructuring.
From the current perspective, Greenland needs to solve many problems if wanting to achieve a backdoor listing via Jinfeng. In spite of loosening policies for real estate refinancing, it is unsure how the policy environment for real estate companies' assets restructuring, backdoor listing, etc. will be.
