Viridis Energy is about to take over the pellet producer Enligna, which has been insolvent since August 2011. On 22 December 2011, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), which had been appointed by the court as administrator of Enligna, accepted a purchase offer made by Viridis. The asset deal covers the production hall and all five pellet presses housed there, as well as a total of 20 buildings, five real estate plots with a total area of 63 hectares and a 9-hectare area of forest.
