The event kicks off at 1 p.m. with an introduction by Consumer Reports President Jim Guest, followed by a keynote address by NHTSA Administrator David Strickland, and followed by remarks from EPA Region 2 Administrator Judith Enck.
At 1:35 p.m., Auto Editor Rik Paul will moderate a panel discussion titled "Fuel Efficiency: Many Roads to Success" featuring:
