Canyon Creek has unveiled a new refrigerated soup range at a major retailer in western Canada. The line comprises five soups, all under the Canyon Creek brand.
The company will supply refrigerated soup across western Canada to more than 100 retail outlets, which will carry the product line on shelves.
Canyon Creek president and CEO Terry Alty said the fresh refrigerated soup category continues to grow as consumer preference shifts from shelf stable to a fresh product.
"We expect to leverage this shift by continuing to penetrate the marketplace with innovative new offerings in future reporting periods," Alty added.
The collaboration with the a Canadian retailer allows Canyon Creek to reinforce its retail penetration strategy, and is expected to facilitate broader market awareness of the company and its' products.
