Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM), a subsidiary of Daihatsu Motor in Indonesia, is set to unveil eight new car concepts at the ongoing Indonesia International Motor Show 2013, held in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The eight new models include UFC 2, CUV, D-R Estate, AYLA GT, AYLA X-track , AYLA Luxury, NC-Y and NC-Z.
Featuring Daihatsu's compact car technology, a compact body and a large interior to seat seven people, UFC 2 is an enhanced version of UFC. The UFC was designed primarily by ADM and exhibited in 2012.
CUV is a Cross-over Utility Vehicle with a sporty exterior, split rear door that opens upward and downward along with an option to create space in the rear by rearranging the rear seats.
D-R Estate is an evolved version of D-R that was exhibited in 2012. It is equipped with a 660cc engine.
The company unveiled its AYLA World with three concepts, AYLA GT, an aerodynamic type car for sports-minded customers, the AYLA X-track (cross track), and the AYLA Luxury, designed for luxurious customers.
The AYLA is a model that has inherited the fuel efficiency and affordability features, whereas NC-Y has been designed to display a practical, intellectual image and the NC-Z adds a dynamic, cool image to the AYLA concept.
