According to data released by the Japan’s Ministry of Finance, the country’s exports of cold rolled (CR) stainless steel cold and plates totaled 243,060 tons in October, falling by 8.8% from a month ago and decreasing by 13.8% year on year.
In the first 10 months of this year, the country’s exports of CR stainless steel coil and plates amounted to 2.7 million tons, decreasing by 16.6% year on year.
In the given period of time, China was the largest importer of the Japanese CR stainless steel coils and plates with 888,000 tons, falling by 30% year on year.
