J.D. Has Today Released Results From Its 2012 Electric Utility Business Customer StudySM

J.D. Power and Associates, a global marketing information services company, has today released results from its 2012 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction StudySM. The survey shows that businesses with smart meters (16% of those surveyed) are more satisfied with their energy supplier.

The survey was conducted throughout the US in 2011, and is based on 24,385 online interviews. Satisfaction was measured by the reliability of power; billing and payment; corporate social responsibility; price; communications; and customer care.
