ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: CCIH) declared that agreement has been inked with SmarTone to offer the latter CDN and other service.

SmarTone is a leading 3G and 4G telecom service provider, operating branches in Hong Kong and Macao. As agreed, ChinaCache International will offer SmarTone contents and application delivery solutions including CPIS service.
