(China Glass Network) In this week, the glass price continues to turn down; the range of the price drop is 1.81%.
On one hand, the domestic industry stays in oversupply satiation. Affected by the off season, the real estate industry is on depression which limits the demand of glass. On the other hand, the glass manufacturers want to withdraw the funds by destocking and cutting the price which is the main reason of price decline. The price of 5mm float glass in different is different in different regions; Northeast China is 16.25 yuan/m2, north China 15 yuan/m2, Shandong 17.5 yuan/m2.
The analyst Zhao Xuemei thought, the glass price will rise after Spring Festival due to the real estate come back to life.
